We Provide Your Bill

As an out-of network provider, The Speech Exchange will provide you with a monthly itemized bill. The bill will include pertinent information such as the service provided (i.e. 60-minute speech therapy session), as well as the rate for that service. Along with the itemized bill, you will also receive a receipt after payment.

You Submit Your Bill for Reimbursement

If your insurance plan offers out-of-network coverage, after payment, you should be able to file a Medical Reimbursement Claim, along with The Speech Exchange's itemized bill.

Important Reminder

We strongly encourage clients to contact their insurance company prior to beginning services with The Speech Exchange to verify the out-of-network benefits covered with their plan and to receive pre-approval to receive services from The Speech Exchange.
