Determining the Signs for Speech Assessment
Consider consulting with a speech therapist about a comprehensive speech assessment if your child is having difficulty with any of the following:
  • Developing first words (late talker)
  • Producing speech sounds correctly
  • Being understood by peers and adults
  • Understanding directions and questions
  • Stuttering
  • Engaging with peers
